What we accept

Antique Rugs & Carpets

Persian · Turkish · Caucasian · European

Handwoven examples, pre-1940 preferred. We assess age, region, weave structure, dye quality, and condition. Provenance notes are always welcomed but never required.

Fine Art

Paintings · Works on Paper · Prints

19th- and early 20th-century works from European and American schools. Attribution is stated honestly. Condition reports note any restoration without minimizing it.

Jewelry & Watches

Estate · Art Deco · Vintage Timepieces

Estate and period jewelry from private consignors. Metal and stone weights verified. Watches are assessed for originality of dial, hands, and case.

Collectibles & Decorative Objects

Silver · Ceramics · Decorative Objects

Silver, ceramics, and curated decorative objects. Period and maker are confirmed where known. Each piece is contextualized so bidders can evaluate with confidence.

Your Proceeds

of hammer price

Seller Commission

10%

of hammer price

Upfront Fees

None

no charge if lot does not sell

Payment

10 days

after hammer falls

You receive 90% of the hammer price. The 15% buyer’s premium is paid by the buyer on top of the hammer, it does not reduce your proceeds. There are no listing fees, no upfront charges, and no cost if your lot does not sell. Your reserve is agreed in advance and remains confidential. If your lot is simulcast on LiveAuctioneers, their $525 listing fee applies, this is billed by LiveAuctioneers, not HeritageBids, and we’ll confirm it with you before your lot enters that catalog.
